Flawed Red Meat Study: You Are What Your Food Ate


Citing comments from Dr. Joseph Mercola, the anonymous author of this Alliance for Natural Health article believes that the Harvard study that concluded that eating red meat contributes to higher rates of heart disease and cancer was based on a faulty premise, in that it did not differentiate between grass-fed meats grown organically versus conventional sources such as factory farms.
