Taking sulfur at night prevents me from sleeping

Woman unable to sleep I know I am supposed to take organic sulfur twice a day. I noticed that taking my regular one teaspoon dosage right before bedtime has a tendency to keep me wide awake so I can’t fall asleep for several hours. I also find I have to get up from my bed several times during the night to urinate. How can I overcome this?

Instead of taking sulfur before going to bed, adjust your routine to have your evening dosage several hours earlier, such as with your dinner meal.

Note of caution: MSM makes a person feel more energetic; doses should be taken in the morning and early afternoon, so as to prevent insomnia.
